Having trouble placing an order online? Have a question about a product? Want to check on the status of your order? Call our friendly and knowledgeable customer service department and they can take your order over the phone, give you more info about a product and answer any other questions you may have.

Returns and Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately!


Stiletto Style reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. Stiletto Style has the final say in approving/denying the return claim.

Please contact customer service at via email at support@stilettostyle.com. to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

***Returns received without a RAN will not be processed.***

Items returned for a refund must be received by us within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns received after 30 days will receive store credit only. No exceptions.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories. "New" and "unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Customized orders are not returnable.

DO NOT tape or place return shipping labels directly on shoe box. If the original shoe box is damaged by shipping tape or labels there will be a $4.95 per box fee assessed.

***When an item is returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or order fulfillment error, a $5.99 processing fee will be assessed. Shipping cannot be refunded.***

Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible inside the return box.

Credit and Return Time

Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item from you. StilettoStyle will not pay for return shipping costs. Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned product. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that your credit has been issued or your exchange has been processed.


If you love your purchase but it is not the perfect color or the proper fit and you want to exchange it, please contact our customer service department for your return authorization. Once your return is received by us, your exchange will be processed.

Regardless of the shipping method of the original order, all exchanges are shipped via standard ground shipping unless the customer agrees to pay an additional express shipping fee.

Additional payment information will be required for exchanges where the customer requests express shipping or the new item is higher priced than the item being returned

Damaged or Defective Items

We cannot guarantee size or fit. An item that does not fit, is not deemed defective. These items are subject to the return policy stated above.

We work hard to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. Please contact our Customer Service department immediately if there is a problem with your purchase.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call, customer service within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. You must call. Do not send an email!

After the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time and a 10% cancellation fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.

StilettoStyle reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above policies at any time, and/or refuse to do business with anyone.

Member Rewards

We wanted a way to thank our dedicated customers for their continued patronage and loyalty. You must sign up for an account to be eligible for the rewards program. Each month your purchases will be totaled and you will earn 10 rewards dollars for every $100 you spend.

Member rewards dollars are only valid when used toward a purchase at StilettoStyle.com.

Member Rewards dollars cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rewards are calculated based on actual total amount spent. Discounts, coupons and shipping do not count towards actual total amount spent.

Reward dollars are sent in the form of a gift certificate and are sent to the email address in your account file. You are responsible for making sure your email address is accurate and updated.

Reward dollars expire 6 months from issue date. Reward dollars can be used separately or together.
